Kandyb Studio produces these independent materials. A practice result does not mean you have passed the qualification; practical and oral parts are not fully covered. We are not required to use alternative dispute resolution and haven’t signed up to any scheme. If we can’t settle a complaint between us, we’ll tell you in writing which dispute resolution body could deal with it and whether we agree to use it. The EU’s online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025, so we no longer link to it.
